You will join a growing team and lead audit engagements across a range of exciting sectors. This is an opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, manage end-to-end audit processes, and contribute to the growth of the firm.

Are you the right person for the job?

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field would be an advantage
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification
• 5+ years of audit experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong technical expertise in UK GAAP, IFRS, and UK auditing standards
• Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple deadlines
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement
• A proactive mindset with a passion for quality and attention to detail

What will your role look like?

Audit Planning & Execution

• Lead and oversee audits from initial planning to final completion
• Develop audit strategies tailored to the specific requirements of the audit engagement
• Deliver robust audit documentation that meets the highest quality standards

Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise, mentor, and inspire a talented audit team
• Review the work of junior staff, providing constructive feedback to support their professional growth
• Deliver training sessions on audit methodologies and technical skills

Client Relationship Management

• Be the trusted point of contact for clients, building and nurturing professional relationships
• Understand client businesses to identify opportunities for adding value
• Provide insightful recommendations tailored to their audit and assurance needs

Technical Proficiency & Quality Assurance

• Stay ahead of changes in accounting and audit regulations
• Perform quality assurance reviews to maintain top-tier standards
• Solve complex audit challenges with expert technical knowledge

Business Development & Growth

• Identify new business opportunities within your client network
• Assist with proposals for prospective clients, showcasing the firm’s capabilities
• Represent the firm at networking events, promoting our services to a broader audience
