We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and experienced Peripatetic Registered Manager to join our leadership team. This is a mobile role that will see you supporting multiple services across the region, stepping in to lead during periods of transition, absence, or service development.

About the Role

As a Peripatetic Manager, you’ll provide interim leadership and operational support to services across Liaise. Whether helping to open a new service, improving quality in an existing one, or covering a vacancy, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining high standards of care, compliance, and staff engagement.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide hands-on management and leadership at services requiring interim support.


Ensure services maintain CQC compliance and exceed quality expectations.


Support and mentor Service Managers to embed best practice and continuous improvement.


Contribute to the development of support plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding measures.


Liaise confidently with professionals, families, and stakeholders.


Support recruitment, training, and performance management across services.


Manage service budgets and resources effectively.


Lead by example in promoting person-centred care and our core values.



Requirements:



A Health & Social Care degree or equivalent management qualification (Level 5 or above preferred).


Minimum of two years' experience in a Registered Manager role or equivalent.


Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act.


Proven ability to turn around underperforming services or lead through change.


Strong communication and presentation skills.


Clear Enhanced DBS.


Flexibility to travel and work across different service locations.


A full UK driving licence (essential).
