Location: Must live within 7 miles of our Watford Office (WD24 7RT)
Pay: £13.50/hour (weekdays) | £15/hour (weekends & evenings)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Personal Care: Helping with washing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Companionship: Providing friendly conversation and emotional support
Meal Preparation: Making nutritious meals suited to individual tastes
Medication Reminders: Helping clients stay on track with medications
Light Housekeeping: Supporting with daily home tasks and cleanliness
Mobility Assistance & Errands: Helping clients stay active and independent
What You’ll Need:
A valid UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential)
Must live within 7 miles of WD24 7RT
Legal right to work in the UK
A caring heart, a reliable nature, and a genuine respect for others
What We Offer:
Competitive Pay: £13.50/hour weekdays | £15/hour weekends & evenings
Paid Mileage: 45p per mile
Guaranteed Monthly Hours: Available for part-time and full-time contracts
Longer Visits: Minimum 1-hour calls – no rushed appointments
Local Clients: Work in your community, with travel time covered
Comprehensive Training: Paid induction and continuous development
Career Development: Support to earn NVQs and grow your career
Referral Bonus: £300 for every successful new hire you recommend
