Summary

Labourer (with Traffic Marshal Card) - Immediate Start

Location: Winchester (SO23 8UJ)
Days: Monday to Friday
⏱️ Hours: 10-hour shifts
Pay: Competitive | Weekly Pay
Duration: Long-term Project (3 years)

We are looking for a reliable Labourer with a valid Traffic Marshal (Vehicle Banksman) card to join a key infrastructure site in Winchester. You'll be expected to assist with general labouring duties while also safely directing vehicle movements on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General site labouring and clean-up

  • Assisting trades and moving materials

  • Safely managing vehicle and plant traffic on site

  • Supporting the site team with day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card

  • Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman card

  • Full PPE

  • Previous site experience (preferred)

  • Good communication and teamworking skills
