Summary
We're looking for a creative, caring, and organised Head Activity Co-ordinator to lead our activities team and bring joy to the lives of our residents.
You’ll:
Plan and run a fun, varied programme of activities and events
Support and manage another Activity Co-ordinator
Organise group sessions, community visits, and one-to-one time with residents
Work closely with staff, families, and external entertainers
Help with social media and resident celebrations
Keep activity records up to date
What we’re looking for:
Experience working with older or vulnerable people
Great organisation, communication and teamwork
Confidence in leading and motivating others
A kind and enthusiastic personality
