Summary

RAMH Housing Support Services provide support to individuals, with mental health issues, to maintain their home and community life, either within a 24 hour supported tenancy or their own homes across East Renfrewshire.

We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic staff member who is interested in supporting and leading a team within one of our Housing Support Services, in East Renfrewshire. RAMH welcome applications from individuals from other disciplines, with transferable skills. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership role.

RAMH have an excellent reputation for delivering quality person centred services that focus on recovery outcomes and has received “excellent” grading, for care and support in recent years from the Care Inspectorate.

You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and you will be required to support staff to understand and achieve outcomes and manage risks. Flexibility in working hours is essential as evenings, weekends and sleep-overs are required. You will have a dedicated area of work with a staff team providing individual support packages to a wide range of people.

In return, RAMH will provide regular training and development, supervision and the opportunity for you to contribute to a large motivated team and help develop quality services.

You must be eligible for SSSC registration in the next 6 months (without conditions)
