About the role

We have a brilliant new opportunity for a Treasury Manager to lead our treasury operations team and play a vital role in delivering our vision for a best-in-class Treasury function.

Reporting directly to the Group Treasurer, you will be responsible for overseeing all cash, banking and liquidity management activities across the Group.

In addition, you will take the lead in maintaining our cashflow forecasts and interest budgets, managing treasury systems and policies and supporting internal/external reporting and year-end audits..

The role also involves preparing materials for senior leadership and committees, and supporting the Group Treasurer and Assistant Group Treasurer with ad-hoc projects.

This is a key position within a lean but ambitious team. You will have the opportunity to influence process improvements, interact with senior stakeholders, contribute to the implementation of a new Treasury Management System and help shape the future of treasury operations as we scale up our financing and risk management capabilities.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and experienced treasury professional with a strong understanding of cash and liquidity management, treasury systems, and financial risk practices.

You will be analytical and results-driven with strong attention to detail. You communicate clearly and effectively, and you enjoy collaborating with others to solve problems and drive innovation.

You will bring at least five years of treasury operations experience and be proficient with treasury systems, online banking portals and have a good understanding of how these interact with ERP solutions.

You will have experience building and maintaining cashflow forecasts and are comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

While not essential, experience in treasury accounting, policy development and preparing reports for senior stakeholders would be advantageous. Familiarity with TMS implementation and ERP integrations would also be a bonus.

We value experience and drive above formal qualifications, but you may hold treasury qualifications from the ACT or CTP, accounting or finance credentials such as CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or CFA, or a bachelor’s degree.
