Responsibilities
Provide expert consultation and support to social work teams.
Lead complex case assessments and critical interventions.
Develop and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs.
Mentor and supervise junior social workers and interns in their practice.
Foster collaborative working relationships with external agencies and stakeholders.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Review and evaluate casework practices to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Requirements
Qualified Social Worker with a relevant degree and professional registration.
Extensive experience in social work practice, with a focus on complex cases.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in assessing risk and managing safeguarding issues effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of best practices.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £24.50
