Summary
We are looking to recruit a knowledgeable and engaging Digital Skills Workforce Strategy Development Practitioner to join our ambitious Organisational Development team.
You will be supporting on the implementation of Digital skills development interventions for our workforce. Devising digital engagement strategies. Analysing digital skills gaps. Creating and delivering digital skills training and supporting the wider digital transformation programme.
We’re looking for candidates with a knowledge of ICT applications with an ability to develop, engage and influence our workforce. You will need to have experience of designing, delivering and evaluating action plans and influencing stakeholders in a diverse organisation.
