We are seeking a proactive and experienced School Office Manager to lead our busy office team and oversee all administrative functions within the school.

This is a new pivotal role, offering a varied and rewarding workload within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Contact the school to arrange visits before the closing date.


We are looking to appoint a dedicated Office Manager, reporting directly to the School Business Manager who will:
  • manage and lead the school office team, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • have proven experience managing an office team within a busy school or similar environment
  • oversee and maintain efficient office systems, including the school MIS system (Arbor)
  • offer a calm and organised approach with strong, flexible attitude to work with problem-solving skills#
  • be a team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment
  • be competent in leading and managing a team and have excellent communication skills
  • be able to manage a varied workload and make effective use of IT to support efficient working
  • have strong working knowledge of using Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
  • communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including staff, governors, parents, and external agencies
  • be willing to be first aid trained
  • be able to write and converse at ease with stakeholders in accurate spoken English as this essential for this role
