Summary

Location: East Kilbride Village Theatre, Maxwell Drive, East Kilbride

Hours: 21 hours per week

Salary Band: £12.82 per hour

Shift Pattern: 3 days over 7 Includes evenings, weekends and Public Holidays.

Example shifts:

Day shifts: 8am – 4pm/9.30am – 5.30pm

Back shifts: 12pm -8pm/1.30pm – 9.30pm

Late shifts: 2pm – 10pm/2pm – 2am

South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Facilities Assistant to provide a range of services to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities at the Village Theatre, East Kilbride. You will be required to assist at events, to set up equipment for functions and to undertake cleaning duties.

We are looking for a flexible individual with customer service experience. The post will involve working shifts in the evenings, at weekends and on Public Holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To maintain high hygiene standards.

To undertake practical tasks in relation to the storage, preparation, including the cleaning of floors, walls, and bar equipment.

Please note applicants must be 18 years of age or older in order to comply with Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.
