Summary
· Oversee the daily management of residential and/or commercial properties, including coordination of maintenance, tenant relations, and rent collection.
· Verify adherence to lease agreements, housing laws, and safety and health requirements.
· To optimize efficiency and value, track property performance, compile reports, and suggest enhancements.
· Interact with service providers, landlords, and renters to settle disputes and guarantee efficient property management.
· Respond to grievances, carry out examinations, and keep tenant satisfaction levels high
