Summary
Duties and Responsibilities:
Property Management:
Oversee and manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with legal and safety standards.
Tenant Relations:
Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Manage tenant onboarding, including lease agreements and renewals.
Financial Management:
Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure timely rent collection.
Provide regular financial reports and manage property-related invoices and payments.
Maintenance Coordination:
Schedule and oversee property repairs and maintenance.
Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Strategic Planning:
Conduct market research to optimize property utilization and rental income.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the value and profitability of the property portfolio.
