Redbridge Music Service, part of Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Leadership Support Administrator to play a key role in supporting the Music Services Senior Leadership Team by delivering administrative and operational support.

You will be joining a well-established and respected Music Service that provides high-quality music education to children and adults across the borough. Your role involves working closely with the Music Services Senior Leadership Team and collaborating with wider teams and managers across Vision, as well as external stakeholders, requiring strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills.

Your skills will ensure that the systems and structures behind the scenes operate efficiently, allowing our teaching teams to focus on what they do best: inspiring the next generation of musicians.

Job requirements:

Provide administrative and operational support to the Leadership Team.
Assist with timetabling for teaching in schools and Music School, including room scheduling.
To contribute to the marketing of the Music Service, including website and social media channels, ensuring that content is up-to-date and accurate, working in collaboration with the Corporate Marketing Team.
Maintain and manage systems related to staff deployment and school orders.
Draft reports, internal communications, and support the organisation of meetings and events.
Assist in funding bids and reporting to funding bodies, including Arts Council England.
Support the delivery of events and community music initiatives, working closely with schools, families, and partners.

Skills and Experience Requirement

Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, creative environment
Experience in coordinating communication across teams and stakeholders
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and database systems (e.g., SpeedAdmin)
A proactive team player who supports inclusive access to music education
