Summary

This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues in your local office at least 2 to 3 days a week.

As the UK’s largest fibre-only network, and its only proven wholesale challenger, we’re busy setting new standards for what digital infrastructure can and should be.

Designed from scratch for the internet, our network is greener, more reliable and ready for the future. The products we provide over it not only lead the market on speed, value and service, they help businesses to innovate, provide entire communities with a better foundation for their digital lives and support economic growth, locally and nationally.

What does that mean for you? The opportunity to make internet connections (and daily life) a whole lot better, for a lot of people!

Joining us as a SAFe Product Manager

We’re looking for a strategic and customer-focused SAFe Product Manager to lead the delivery of our Inventory Management Ecosystem (IME)—a business-critical platform that touches every part of our organisation. You’ll be part of a newly formed Agile Release Train, working closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and stakeholders across technology, operations, and supply chain. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape product vision, influence enterprise-wide delivery, and drive innovation in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment.

You’ll receive a competitive salary, a performance-related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical, and mental wellbeing.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

Define and support the build of scalable, integrated inventory management solutions

Develop and communicate product roadmaps in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders

Lead and mentor a small team of Product Owners within a Release Train

Break down portfolio epics into deliverables across multiple teams

Act as the voice of the customer and business users in product development

Drive alignment and collaboration across departments and external vendors

What you’ll bring to the role

You’ll be an experienced product leader with a strong background in Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale transformation. You’ll also have:

Proven experience in a product-related role within an Agile development environment

Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritise effectively

Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders across complex ecosystems

Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Kanban

Telecommunications or networking domain knowledge (desirable)
