Summary

Exams Invigilator

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Learner Data Services team at Kidderminster College, contributing to ensuring that excellent standards are reached and maintained for our learners.

You will work as a member of a team to ensure candidates have an equal, safe and secure environment in which to sit their examinations ensuring that all JCQ regulatory guidelines for the conduct of examinations are strictly adhered to. Your responsibilities will include:

  • supervise the entry and exit of candidates into and out of the examination room
  • ensure the examinations room is suitable for purpose
  • ensure that the correct exam papers and answer booklets are distributed to candidates
  • return completed exam papers, exam scripts and exam stationery to a secure area at the end of the examination
  • being a confident and effective communicator, you will have the ability to calmly read out pre-examination information and instruction to rooms full of learners.

The post holder will attend 'out of hours' events and training opportunities as required.
