Who we are looking for:
We are seeking to appoint a Data Manager to lead the work of our exams and data team. The successful candidate will be passionate about data with a drive to turn information into meaningful insights that will help us to drive student success. We are looking for an individual who is highly organised, ambitious and solution focused who will work closely with school leaders to ensure that all decisions are backed by powerful data.
The post is for 37 hours per week, term time only plus five days in the summer holidays and five school training days.
This role reports to a member of SLT.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience of managing and developing data systems, such as Arbor
Experience of working in a data management capacity within education
Experience and knowledge of statutory data reporting requirements
Experience of Microsoft Office packages
Experience and knowledge of producing a school timetable
Line management experience
Experience of working effectively with others to meet common
Knowledge of Abor
