Summary
The post holder is required to work within an integrated MDT focusing on older adults suffering with a wide range of mental health problems. The post holder will hold a caseload, being responsible for assessing patients needs, planning and implementing the plan of care. The post holder will provide supervision, guidance and support to junior members of staff.
