Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and forward-thinking Security Manager with a strong background in leading security operations and teams within Government-aligned, high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee access control and CCTV across 150 buildings on a 160-acre site
Manage iTime and RSA systems, including rota scheduling and audit compliance
Support the supervisor with team scheduling and pay queries
Deliver training and toolbox talks to support team development
Respond to site incidents and manage risks or threats effectively
Improve and create SOPs to strengthen operations
Promote and embed a strong security culture across the site

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience as a Security Manager in a complex environment
Strong technical knowledge of alarms, CCTV, access control, and incident response
Skilled in team leadership, development, and delivering Toolbox Talks
Experienced in writing and improving SOPs and handling sensitive investigations
Proficient in scheduling and using online rostering systems
Holds a current frontline SIA licence and is SC vetting eligible
Competent in MS Office and managing confidential security information
