Summary
Hours per week: 35 hours- split between 2 PA's
Job Description
To help a bubbly lady with very limited mobility, move around the family home (very independent and does all her own personal care) and eventually access the community as a driver of a disability vehicle.
Roles and Responsibilities
Make breakfast/ carry meals to whatever room she is choosing to eat in.
Make a good cup of coffee.
Help with toileting- if have a bowel movement.
Help to get in and out of shower (does all own personal care).
Help to use the ReTurn walking aid- to get around the house.
Put a strip of tablets out and takes herself in the morning.
To drive me out and about- once we have a car and motorised wheelchair.
Specific Requirements
Driver.
Female.
English- due to communication issues.
Required Training
Autism (preferably).
How to use a ReTurn walking aid- Family will train PA.
