The team you will be joining, is the Manchester Regional Team. We are a team of 7, made up of Relationship Managers and Account Executives who deliver a high level of service.

What Will You Be Doing?

The purpose of the role is to support the Relationship Manager and be the secondary communication link between SBF and a portfolio of clients ensuring clients receive a satisfactory level of service and to protect the integrity of the SBF investment.

  • Resolving client queries and solving problems.

  • Providing support to clients, ensuring that the client gets the maximum benefit from our products leading to increased satisfaction and client longevity.

  • Assistingwith the onboarding of clients.

  • Maintaining accurate client records.

  • Collecting key information from clients, such as financials.

  • Assisting with collections, soundings, verifications and payment requests.

  • General risk management to protect the integrity of SBF investments.

  • To develop skills, there will opportunities to attend client meetings (onboarding, relationship building and risk management).
