Job Description:
We are recruiting for a driven and personable Account Manager on behalf of our client based in Swinton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team in a role that offers both immediate responsibility and long-term potential for progression. This full-time temporary role has the opportunity to become permanent, subject to performance and target achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with a portfolio of corporate clients to understand their fleet and vehicle requirements
Building and maintaining strong, professional client relationships
Providing tailored advice and solutions to meet client needs
Identifying opportunities for growth and business development
Responding to enquiries promptly and professionally, both over the phone and via email
Working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience
Managing client expectations and resolving any issues or concerns
Supporting the delivery of service excellence and contributing to team targets
Requirements:
Previous experience in account management, client services, or a business development role (preferably in the fleet, automotive, or leasing sector)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
