Here you will be a valued senior member of the site, reporting directly to the Site Director & working closely with a well respected Technical Manager. Looking to the future, a multi-site group role is a strong possibility due to the set up of the business.
We’re looking for strong water, chemical & micro understanding, backed up by taking the lead on all aspects of Hygiene, Micro and SHE standards. You know good practice works hand-in-hand with Technical and depends on a fully accountable team – so great people leadership skills will be key. Your experience will include food manufacturing.
This is a senior role in the business and so a clear approach to develop and set out the hygiene strategy will be important.
