Summary
We are working closely with Norfolk Constabulary to assist with the appointment of an ICT Service Desk Analyst - IT, on a 12-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £14.90 - £19.10 per hour
Summary:
The Service Desk Analyst role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background who is eager to learn and grow in a technical support environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming telephone calls and live chats from users.
Handle and respond to self-service portal requests efficiently.
Deliver high-quality customer service while troubleshooting basic ICT issues.
Log, categorise, and assign tickets using internal systems.
Collaborate with other ICT staff to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Work on a rotating shift pattern between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of continuous residency in the UK (for security vetting purposes)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven customer service experience (call centre or service environment preferred)
Motivated, proactive, and able to handle a high volume of interactions
Willingness to learn basic technical skills (full training provided)
Additional Information:
The role will be office-based for the first 3 months.
A review will be conducted after 3 months, with the possibility of hybrid working thereafter.
All candidates must pass security vetting due to the sensitive nature of the work.
