We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Support Officer to provide support to the Customer Service Officer and Customer Services Team Leader to ensure productive and efficient administrative support to the wider Streetscene team.
The post holder will provide a wide range of office based services to support the Waste Management, Street Cleansing and Grounds Maintenance services and will communicate with members of the public, the call centre and internal and external agencies to ensure effective service delivery and to meet the customer promises and service standards of Streetscene.
