Role Highlights:
- Support students (KS2-KS5) 1:1 or in small groups

- Build strong relationships and support behaviour management
What You'll Need:
- Experience with SEN/SEMH (preferred)
- Calm, empathetic, and adaptable nature
- Willingness to work outdoors year-round
- DBS (or willingness to obtain)
