Summary
Provide high-quality clinical care to critically ill patients at Newham University Hospital. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients. Ensure the highest standards of communication with patients, their families and the MDT, including maintaining an accurate written record. Participate in teaching and training activities for medical students, junior medical staff, and other healthcare professionals. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance processes. Participate in the on-call rota for the Intensive Care Unit
