Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in servicing and maintaining a variety of machinery, with a focus on CNC machines. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for scheduled maintenance service on all machinery, performing PPM on all mechanical and electrical aspects. You will be expected to troubleshoot faults with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a wide variety of machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled maintenance service on all machinery, particularly focusing on PPM for all mechanical and electrical aspects.
- Utilize ladder diagrams and PLC diagnostics to find faults in machinery.
- Troubleshoot faults in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a diverse range of machinery.
- Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings for maintenance purposes.
- Monitor and execute PPM for numerous CNC machines.
- Ensure the upkeep of building and facilities through routine checks and maintenance.
- Perform routine checks on various plant, facilities, and equipment.
- Work with 12/24VOC, 110/230/415VAC in performing maintenance tasks.
- Work alongside and provide holiday cover for the Maintenance team.
- Utilize computer skills to assist in maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to and promote health and safety rules, regulations, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in servicing and maintaining CNC machines, with a focus on mechanical and electrical aspects within a factory environment.
- Competence in working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience in conducting TPM and PPM.
- Multi-skilled, with an 18th edition electrical qualification being desirable.
