Position Overview
As a Trainee Telesales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with potential business customers through outbound calls. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in our energy solutions
- Identify customer needs and articulate the value of our services
- Build and maintain a strong rapport with potential customers
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge
Requirements
- A strong desire to pursue a career in telesales or sales,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude
- No prior experience required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
