UNLOCK YOUR BEST WORK LIFE + MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO EVERY LIFE We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Nurse who has experience in Long Term Conditions to join our integrated Primary Care team at HMP Askham Grange and HMP New Hall. HMP Askham Grange is an open category D female prison based in Askham Richard, near York, housing around 120 women. You will be joining an established and experienced team, supporting women aged 18 plus, the site also includes a mother and baby unit. HMP New Hall is a female adult and young offenders institution offering medium level of security with a population of 344 females. We are looking for a primary care nurse who has experience in Long Term Conditions. Hours: Monday-Friday - 37.5 hours per week 7am - 5pm 4 days/week at HMP Askham Grange 1 day at HMP New Hall Ad-hoc weekends. - 1 weekend in 4 Salary: This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £33232 - £40211 per annum FTE - depending on experience.
