Sales Executive

Location - Altrincham
Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 9am - 6pm- No weekends
Salary - £30,000 OTE - £45,000 +

You will maximise revenue and ensure every customer enjoys the best experience and knows the options available to them. You'll analyse customer circumstances, identify beneficial chargeable extras, and opt them in. Your day-to-day will involve calling the current customer base both new and previous customers, and explaining the benefits of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Outbound calling to customers to ensure customers understand available options and their benefits, and opt them in.
* Customer Engagement: Maximise time speaking to customers through outbound calls.
* Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
* Administration: Complete necessary admin duties after each call.

What We're Looking For:

* Over 18 months sales experience either B2B or B2C background can be from Outbound sales, Telelsales or recruitment background
* Experience in closing sales
* Driven individual
* Sales Expertise: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
* KPI Driven: Experience working towards and achieving KPIs.
* Communication Skills: Clear, articulate, and trustworthy communication with customers and colleagues.
* Adaptability: Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.
* Customer Rapport: Strong ability to build good relationships with customers.
* Work Ethic: Strong organisational skills, punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude.
* Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments.
