Role Overview:
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. This includes managing stock, preparing equipment for events, maintaining a clean and organised warehouse, and assisting with logistics and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the receiving, unloading, and storing of stock and catering equipment
Prepare and pack orders for delivery to event locations
Maintain accurate inventory records and report shortages or discrepancies
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
Load and unload vehicles, ensuring secure and efficient transport of goods
Liaise with the logistics and operations teams to support event delivery schedules
Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of catering equipment
Perform other duties as required to support the wider team
Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
Must be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Full UK driving licence (manual)
