Summary

Community Carer – Fixed 2-Week Rolling Rota
Location: Honiton & surrounding areas
Salary: £26,000 per annum (for 37.5 hours/week)
Contract Type: Full-Time – Fixed Shift Pattern

Driving Required: Yes – full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential

At Beehive Care & Training Group Ltd, we’re growing our hive and actively recruiting Community Carers to support increased care needs across the area.

This role is perfect for someone who values structure and consistency. You’ll be working a fixed 2-week rolling rota, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts via our Click to Care app for added flexibility and income.

Your Set Rota Pattern

Week 1:

Monday: 6:00pm – 10:00pm
Wednesday: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am – 2:00pm & 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Sunday: 7:00am – 2:00pm & 4:00pm – 10:00pm

Week 2:

Wednesday: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Friday: 7:00am – 2:00pm & 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am – 2:00pm & 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Sunday: 7:00am – 2:00pm

Your Role as a Community Carer

You’ll be delivering meaningful, person-centred care in customers’ homes. Tasks include:

Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Meal preparation and hydration support
Medication administration or prompts
Companionship and emotional support
Assisting with movement and mobility
Light household tasks (laundry, tidying, making drinks)
Updating visit notes using our digital app
You’ll be a trusted, familiar face to those who need you most.

What We’re Looking For

A full UK driving licence and reliable vehicle for work
The right to work in the UK – we are unable to offer sponsorship
A caring and dependable approach
Good communication and timekeeping
Confidence using smartphone technology
What You’ll Receive

£26,000 per year (based on 37.5 hours/week) – part-time pro rata
45p per mile travel allowance
