Summary
Overview
As we are expanding the business at a new site in the centre of Bridlington, we are seeking proactive bar staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong willingness to learn as well as good interpersonal skills.
Duties
Proactive clearing of empty glasses, cleaning tables and others related areas and use of glass machine.
Serving customers at the bar and understanding the products we sell.
Cellar duties including changing casks/kegs subject to suitable training.
Delivering meals to tables and removal of empty plates.
Provide exceptional customer service with our customers.
Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
Ability to deal with technology for cash and card payments.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Familiarity with restaurant or bar/pub environments is desired where possible.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Desired
Previous experience in a cash handling environment.
This role will be subject to a DBS check and reference(s)
