Summary

At Movianto, we're on the lookout for a dedicated and commercially-minded Account Manager to join our Commercial team, based at our Bedford Link site. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with regular travel to other Movianto sites and client locations as required.

Purpose of the role

As an Account Manager within the Commercial team, you'l be responsible for managing and growing a defined portfolio of healthcare clients. Your focus will be on building strong, collaborative relationships while driving commercial performance, client satisfaction and service excellence. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of Movianto's commercial strategy through effective account development, proactive problem-solving and strategic planning.

How you'll make an impact as an Account Manager at Movianto:

  • Manage a portfolio of healthcare clients, acting as the main point of contact and trusted partner
  • Understand client objectives and deliver tailored, proactive solutions to support their goals
  • Lead on commercial performance, overseeing revenue, profitability, and account growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across your accounts
  • Prepare for and lead client meetings, including regular business reviews and planning sessions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Drive tender and proposal activity for contract renewals and new business opportunities
  • Monitor account activity, produce reporting and insights, and manage escalations when needed

What it will take to thrive as an Account Manager at Movianto:

  • A background in account management, ideally within logistics, warehousing, supply chain or healthcare
  • Working knowledge of healthcare industries such as pharmaceuticals, diagnostics or medical devices
  • Demonstrable success in managing and growing accounts
  • Skilled in navigating commercial conversations, including pricing and contract discussions
  • A confident communicator who builds strong, positive relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, solutions-driven and commercially astute
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, Power BI and data-led reporting tools
