Brighton Met College or Northbrook/Worthing College part of the Chichester College GroupApprenticeship Coach [Ref: BRTN0943]Pro rata of £24,791 - £25,935 per annum (i.e. £12,395.50 - £12,967.50) 18.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per yearAre you looking for that ideal part time role that enables you to change lives through learning by engaging directly with and supporting our apprentices across either our Brighton MET college sites or our Northbrook/Worthing College sites?As an Apprenticeship Coach, you will provide students and employers with a high level of support relevant to their Apprenticeship programme to facilitate progression, achievement and success. You will also focus and take an active role in the on onboarding, induction, off the job training, attendance, and employer engagement. The Apprenticeship Coach role is very varied, with no two days the same. We are happy to consider flexible working conditions for the right person. We will consider people from other sectors with the right aptitude. It is a role that can be learnt, although any prior knowledge of apprenticeships and student support would be advantageous. Our Apprenticeship Coach will be educated to level 3, and possess a Level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English. You will have experience of supporting students post 16 with an understanding of the study needs, options and progression opportunities for post 16 learners.
