Chichester College, part of the Chichester College Group Commercial Bookings & Events Coordinator [Ref: CC0012] £24,791 - £25,935 per annum 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year We are looking for a highly motivated, organised, and creative Commercial Bookings & Events Co-ordinator to support the growth of our events, conferencing, and commercial bookings. This exciting role involves working directly with clients and internal teams to ensure outstanding event delivery and exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints. What You'll Do:Manage and promote commercial bookings including conferences, events, room hires, and other income-generating activities.Deliver excellent customer service - via phone, email, and in person - ensuring professional and consistent communication.Support the marketing and design of promotional materials using tools such as Canva and InDesign.Coordinate logistics with internal teams (e.g. Estates, Marketing, Catering) to ensure smooth operations.Contribute to achieving income targets, managing budgets, and providing insights for future planning. What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in event coordination, marketing, or similar roles.Strong customer service skills across all communication channels.Proven organisation and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.Confidence in using design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe InDesign) to create high-quality marketing materials.A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.An ability to travel between sites.
