What You'll Be Doing:
• Supporting students in and out of the classroom with academic and emotional needs
• Helping to deliver structured and therapeutic learning activities
• Working 1:1 and in small groups to build confidence and engagement
• Supporting positive behaviour strategies and emotional regulation
• Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to meet individual needs
• Recording progress and feedback to contribute to learning plans
