Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of students. Giving support to students individually or in groups in order for them to access the curriculum, take part in learning with experience of a sense of achievement. Experience in the classroom would be advantageous. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to supervise and provide particular support for students, including those with special needs, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities. You will be able to work well as part of a team, but also demonstrate initiative and the ability to work alone. If you believe that you have these qualities, are passionate about being involved in the growth of students and are interested in working as part of our school team, then we look forward to hearing from you. Training will be provided.
