Salary: £46,000 - £52,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager for a permanent position at our Swadlincote facility. The ideal candidate will be Nurse qualified with a strong background in managing nursing homes and handling complex care needs, particularly for residents with physical disabilities. A proven track record of achieving good CQC ratings is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home
- Ensure high standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations
- Manage complex care needs and support for residents with physical disabilities
- Lead and motivate the care team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Nurse qualified
- Extensive experience in managing a nursing home
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
- Experience in handling complex care needs and physical disabilities
