We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a Technical Demonstrator in Business & Tourism. This role supports the delivery of technical and practical skills across our Business and Tourism provision. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards in learning environments, supporting learners' development, and contributing to the delivery of engaging, hands-on sessions.
As a vital member of the delivery team, you will be responsible for organising and maintaining resources, supporting classroom delivery, and leading demonstrations that enhance learner engagement. You will assess and record student progress, contribute to open events, and from time to time, be expected to step into a substitute teaching role as needed. Strong interpersonal skills, a relevant Level 3 qualification (or higher), and the ability to inspire and guide learners are essential for this position.
