The Role

A newly refurbished boutique-style hotel in Salisbury is seeking a talented and driven Head Chef to lead its kitchen team. This is a unique opportunity to shape an exceptional food experience across a reimagined Brasserie, lounge, and banqueting spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service across all areas
• Develop and deliver fresh, seasonal menus rooted in modern British cuisine
• Manage kitchen costs including GP targets, stock control, and ordering
• Train and mentor your team to uphold consistency and excellence
• Maintain full compliance with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards

The Person

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality hotel or high-volume venue
• Confident in creating contemporary, commercially viable dishes
• Calm under pressure with strong leadership and team management skills
• Organised, detail-focused, and highly knowledgeable about stock control and food safety
