Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily kitchen operations, maintaining smooth service across all dining areas
• Develop and deliver fresh, seasonal menus that reflect modern British cuisine
• Manage kitchen costs, including GP targets, stock control, and ordering
• Train and guide your team to ensure consistency and quality at every service
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards

The Person

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality hotel setting
• Confident creating modern dishes that balance creativity with commercial appeal
• Calm under pressure, with strong leadership and team-building skills
• Well-organised with a clear understanding of stock, cost control, and food safety
