Enhance Catering Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Domestic Assistants and Ward Hosts to join our team for ongoing long-term opportunities in the Ipswich area. Key Responsibilities
Domestic Assistants:
Cleaning patient rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and clinical areas
Following strict hygiene and infection control procedures
Restocking cleaning supplies and reporting any maintenance issues
Working efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment
Ward Hosts:
Assisting patients with meal selections and dietary needs
Delivering food and beverages to patients across wards
Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and presentation
Providing a friendly, respectful, and compassionate service
Requirements
Valid DBS certificate (or willing to apply for one)
Right to work in the UK – this is essential
Flexibility with shifts (including potential weekends)
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
Previous experience in a hospital, healthcare, or catering setting is helpful but not required – training will be provided
