About the Role
Plumpton College has secured two major Skills Bootcamp contracts across East and West Sussex—totalling approximately £2 million over three years. As Professional Training Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery and contract compliance of these innovative adult training programmes.
You will also lead the coordination of the College’s new professional training offer, delivering both funded and commercial training to meet the evolving needs of industry through accredited, non-accredited courses and industry events.
What You’ll Do
Manage the day-to-day operations of funded skills bootcamp contracts
Support compliance and quality assurance to maximise funding and impact
Coordinate professional training courses and liaise with delivery teams
Work with industry partners to ensure training is relevant and in-demand
Drive recruitment onto courses to ensure financial and contract viability

An exceptional communicator and organiser
Experienced in project or contract coordination (ideally in education or training)
Skilled in stakeholder management and confident working with external partners
