Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Delivery Administrator to support the Head of the Defence Digital Portfolio Team (DDPT) and the Head of Information Stewardship & Data Protection Officer. You will be responsible for:
Effective and efficient diary management, responding promptly to change, anticipating problems and devising solutions.
Communicating with relevant stakeholders and liaison with other Outer Offices.
Co-ordination and provision of relevant papers in a timely manner, using own initiative and business knowledge to prioritise.
Arranging pre-briefs with subject matter experts as appropriate.
Booking of meeting rooms and organisation of attendees.
Researching and booking cost effective transport and hotels within Departmental policy including producing business cases.
Execution of all information management tasks including appropriate oversight of official, sensitive and other classified information.
Assisting with staff onboarding, including the allocation and collection of new joiner IT equipment, site passes, and security clearance.
