The role:
You’ll provide technical expertise in building maintenance and surveying, including planning works, managing contracts, and supporting asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
Project management of gas, electrical, and heating schemes
Advice on damp, timber infestation, and structural defects
Preparing specifications and monitoring works
What the client is looking for:
Relevant construction qualifications (Level 3–4) or equivalent experience
Knowledge of CDM 2015, H&S, safeguarding, and budgetary control
Strong communication, IT, and teamworking skills
Enhanced DBS required
Driving licence and access to a car desirable
