About your role:
As a People Services Advisor you will become part of our committed People team who embody the College's people-first culture. In this role you will be key to providing advice and guidance to leaders and managers and colleagues across the College in line with our values and people-first ethos.
You will work closely with colleagues within the People Services team and throughout the organisation to foster a culture of high-quality customer service, flexibility and responsiveness, in line with the College’s high aspirations for our colleagues, students and our college community so everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
We are seeking candidates who are from experienced Advisor backgrounds but also those looking for progression in to an Advisor role from an Officer role.

At City of Bristol College, we have one goal: to help our students succeed. We offer the widest range of academic and vocational qualifications in the area, with more than 1,000 courses available from entry to degree level and we provide education and training to approximately 10,000 students each year.
