About the Training Advisor Role:
As the Training Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in promoting the healthcare business and finance qualifications. Your mission? To connect with prospective learners, understand their development needs, and match them with the right educational pathways.
From guiding candidates through their learning journey to identifying new opportunities and growing the learner base, this is a role for someone who thrives on helping others achieve their goals — and hitting targets while doing so.

Key Responsibilities of the Training Advisor:
• Act as the first point of contact for prospective learners, advising on course entry requirements, structures, fees, and funding.
• Convert warm leads into active learners through meaningful, consultative conversations.
• Maintain regular contact with prospective and existing learners to build long-term relationships.
• Update and manage lead information through our CRM system.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
• Contribute ideas to the continuous improvement of training programmes.
• Stay ahead of trends in healthcare education, including funding changes and qualification updates.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
• Experience in consultative sales, ideally in education or professional services.
• Excellent communication skills and confident phone manner.
• Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management abilities.
• IT-savvy with knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, and social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Desirable:
• A background in the NHS, public sector, or training & development.
• Experience selling qualifications or learning solutions.
• Understanding of the NHS landscape and challenges.
• Knowledge of online learning delivery and e-qualifications.
