Responsibilities
Oversee daily service operations and ensure compliance with company policies
Manage, train, and evaluate service team members
Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Prepare and manage the service budget, including forecasting and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in service management or a similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions
Proficiency in service management software and MS Office Suite
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
